We believe that comfort can play a critical role in the research experience.

We want all of our guests whether it be the research sponsor, clients, visiting researchers, consultants and moderators as well as the respondents to feel at home.

You have the choice of a standard focus group set-up or our more casual “living room” style.

Each room can be arranged to fulfill your individual needs.

Every study design and methodology requires a suitable setting. We offer round or square tables in high or low formats.

Our “New York” and “Marsalam” rooms can also be joined by opening the sprawling white wall to create a larger room for workshops of 20 or more participants.

We offer a suitable environment for hosting even the most demanding target participants and clients.

Our ambience and flexibility also lends well to studies involving children, teens and tweens.

We take our obligation when hosting these targets very seriously and handle our younger guests with special care.

Tokyo

• A group room (37 sqm) for 10-12 people with a rectangular table
• The client room (27 sqm) comfortably seats approx. 10 people
• Two mobile screens, each with an area of 1.7 sqm

New York

• A group room (22 sqm) for 6-8 people with a rectangular table
• Alternatively, the group room can be set up to resemble a living room
• Separate interpreter’s booth with a one-way mirror
• A magnetic board with an area of 7 sqm
• Ceiling-mounted projector
• The client room comfortably seats approx. 6 people
• The client room leads to a spacious terrace exclusively available to the client, providing the opportunity to relax outdoors during breaks

Marsalam

• A group room (25 sqm) for 8-10 people with a round table
• A magnetic board with an area of 7 sqm
• Ceiling-mounted projector
• The client room comfortably seats approx. 8 people
• Separate interpreter’s booth with a one-way mirror
