Ina Ridder
Ina holds a Master‘s in political science and started on the team as a research manager in 2004.
She quickly proved her excellent service orientation and organizational skills and became Insight Studio‘s manager in 2006 – a role she has been filling with great pleasure ever since, developing the studio into a thriving business with an extremely loyal customer base.
Karim Stiebing
Karim also holds a degree in political science and supports Ina in project management and is responsible for recruitment quality control.
He is also the expert for Insight Studio‘s state of the art audio and video recording system.
Alex Klitzsch
Alex joined Insight Studio in 2018 as an assistant. He holds a degree in economics and law.
He supports the management in project organization and quality control and is in charge of welcoming and re-screening our research participants.
